The children have made it to half term! What a busy few weeks we have had. This week we have started reading some animal poetry which the children have really enjoyed. We have been doing lots of rhyming in preparation for writing our own poems after half term. The highlight of our week was completing our sculptures that we have been working on this term. They were based on the "Dancing Grandmothers" sculptures by Stefani Morgante. This week we attached the clay heads to the paper bodies. Have a look at the photos below. We think you will agree - they look super!
