In Kingfishers this week the children have been very busy. For science, we have been finding out about the different groups of animals and why an animal belongs to a specific group. For example, why is a bear a mammal? Why is a chicken a bird? In art we have investigated what we can do with paper and in literacy we have enjoyed acting out the story of "Little Red Riding Hood" using pictures of the characters. This will help us with planning our own story next week. Have a look at our pictures below.
