Oakwood Residential - Day 2

Oakwood Residential - Day 2.

Wow another amazing day. The theme for today was courage and encouragement. And all the children showed both of these all day - they tried new things, went even higher then the time before and cheered each other on throughout. The children were a credit to the school and we were all so proud of their behaviour, attitude and effort. Even when the rain poured, beaming smiles were spread across their faces.

A snap shot of the day.....

After a very early morning and a delicious breakfast, we had plenty of time for....

- bush crafting - lighting fires and using them to make hot chocolate and toast marshmallows.

- high ropes (and they were really high!)

- archery with challenges to get the most points

In the middle of our activities, we were treated with a delicious lunch.

Now it's time to rest and get ready for the next week ahead.

We hope all the children had an amazing time.
