A busy week starting with Red Kites Trip to Greenham Common Control Tower. We started the visit by walking out to the remains of the old runway followed by a fascinating presentation delivered by Andy who shared just how Greenham Common was used through the World Wars and The Cold War. The children then split into two groups to observe the control tower and learn more facts about The Cold War. From there we went to Greenham Peace Garden to see the sculpture designed by Michael Marriot representing fire.

On Tuesday afternoon the children made their Christingles and on Wednesday enjoyed the Christingle service with Reverend Mike.

The children have been learning their lines for the Christmas Carol Service next week. Please see the link to continue to support your child/ren in learning the french carol, ready for Wednesday and Thursday's performances.
